Trumpeters’ House Garden Party

Relax in this beautiful garden sipping on your drink of choice and enjoy a delicious cake, whilst listening to amazing Barnes Concert Band.

The Garden Party is from 2pm to 5pm and will be held at: Trumpeters’ House, Old Palace Yard, Richmond, TW9 1PD

Please note: the Museum will be closed on this day as we will all be at the Party!

FREE CRAFTS: SPRING FLOWERS

Need to get the kids out of the house for a few hours?

Pop in to the Museum for our FREE crafts and get creative as a family!

Available from 1pm each weekday and Saturday the Museum is open.

No need to book, just drop in.

Everything you need will be set out for you, including instruction sheets and materials.

Please note: these activities are self-led and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A special exhibition about a little-known local scientific invention with a huge global impact: the development of artificial silk.

COFFEE AND CRAFTING

Each month we will be exploring the story behind a beautifully crafted object in the Museum’s collection. Then we will help you start your own craft project inspired by the object and at the end of the workshop you have a goody bag of materials to take home and keep crafting!
